Your First Flutter App: An App From Scratch

In the last part, you learned about Widgets. When you write a Flutter app, you’ll be composing your app with a ton of different widgets. But have you thought about the meaning of widget? What it means to you? What it means to Flutter? Will in this part of the course, we’ll get philosophical with widgets and ask the deep questions.

First, we’ll do an exploration of widgets and how they work in the Flutter framework.

Then you’ll get a quick overview of the Dart programming used to create your apps.

Then you’ll add a Button widget to your app.

After which, you’ll explore state in widgets.

Once you have an understanding of state, you’ll learn about how to deal with problems in your code.
