How long will this sale last?

This sale will run from April 13, until the end of Saturday, April 30, 2022.

What’s included in the Annual Pro subscription?

I have a monthly subscription to raywenderlich.com. Am I eligible for the Spring Ahead discounted Annual Pro subscription?

Absolutely! Simply please contact us at support@razeware.com and we’ll gladly upgrade you from monthly to annual.

I have an older, video-only yearly subscription to raywenderlich.com. Am I eligible for the Spring Ahead discounted Annual Pro subscription?

Absolutely! Simply please contact us at support@razeware.com and we’ll gladly upgrade you from your old plan to the new one.

Will I get the Professional Development Seminars if I get the Monthly Pro subscriptions?

Professional Development Seminars are only available as part of the Annual Pro subscription.

Do you offer credits on unused time, if I upgrade?

Unfortunately any unused time in your existing monthly subscription will not be credited towards your upgrade price.

If you have an existing Annual Legacy Pro subscription or Annual Beginner subscription that has more than 8 months remaining before your next renewal date, please contact us at support@razeware.com and we’ll see if we can apply a portion of your unused time to this upgrade offer.

When will the annual subscription renew?

Your annual subscription will renew April 30, 2023, regardless of your original subscription renewal date.

Will the price of the discounted Annual Pro subscription go up after the first year?

Yes. The Spring Ahead 2022 pricing for the Annual Pro Subscription is discounted for the first year only at $359. The subscription will renew in one year’s time for the current price of $479.88 per year, but then that price will remain locked in for every anniversary renewal after that.

Can I download books in my subscription?

Our subscriptions offer online-only access to our books through our integrated online reader, right on the website. You’re not able to download books accessed through a subscription.

What is your refund policy?

Our subscription is non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time and will keep your book and video course access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused access time. You can cancel by logging in to your raywenderlich.com account and then clicking “manage my subscription”. If you have any trouble/questions, contact us at support@razeware.com for assistance.

Is this a stripped-down version of the usual subscription? What am I missing out on?

You get full access to everything included under our raywenderlich.com Annual Pro Subscription. It’s not a stripped-back version in any way.

Why am I being charged more than I expect when I purchase the subscription?

You’re likely being charged tax on your subscription, which is based on the country from which you are making the purchase. Because of the difficulty in determining where you are in the world, it’s not possible for us to display tax-inclusive or VAT-inclusive prices on our main store pages.

Why am I being charged tax, since I am tax-exempt?

If you or your company is tax-exempt, there should be a spot to fill in your VAT number during the purchase process.

If you feel you have been charged tax in error, email our support team at support@razeware.com and we’ll look into it for you.

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my purchase?

Absolutely. Log in to your account and visit https://store.raywenderlich.com/receipts, where you can download all invoices for your purchases with us.

Do your books come with free updates?

While we can’t guarantee that each one of our books will be updated every year, we usually update most of them. For those books that we do update, anyone who has purchased the digital edition of our books will receive an updated edition for free.

How much is the book discount?

All of our books are on for 50% off, so the Spring Ahead 2022 price of single books is $29.99 USD.

I recently bought a book. Can I apply this discount?

Unfortunately, this sale is for new book purchases only. But this is a great chance to pick up any books you might not already have in your collection.

What is your refund policy on books?

We offer a 30-day, no questions asked return policy on all of our digital edition books.
