What is your refund policy?

For all book purchases on our site, we offer a 30-day refund period, and we do allow partial refunds if you wish to return some books from a bundle. Simply contact us at support@razeware.com for assistance.

What’s the different between your older book, ARKit by Tutorials, and your new book, Apple Augmented Reality by Tutorials?

Our older book, ARKit by Tutorials, is a collection of ARKit-specific projects for creating various real-world AR experiences. It’s also important to point out that, in that book, there’s a focus around SceneKit as the primary rendering technology.

Apple Augmented Reality by Tutorials was developed after Apple announced RealityKit and Reality Composer. Instead of just focusing on one rendering technology, the book focuses on all the available rendering technologies Apple has to offer. This not only includes the new RealityKit, but also SceneKit and SpriteKit too. The book includes a collection of fresh new projects for creating various real-world AR experiences.

This book is a successor to ARKit by Tutorials, not an update to that book. Apple Augmented Reality by Tutorials provides the readers with a single, unified path to all of Apple’s available AR technologies that includes ARKit, RealitKit and Reality Composer.

Why am I being charged more than the posted amount when I purchase the bundle?

You’re likely being charged tax on your purchase, which is based on the country from which you are making the purchase.

Why am I being charged tax, since I am tax-exempt?

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my purchase?

Absolutely. Log in to your account and visit https://store.raywenderlich.com/receipts, where you can download all invoices for your purchases with us.

Do your books come with free updates?

While we can’t guarantee that each one of our books will be updated every year, we usually update most of them. For those books that we do update, anyone who has purchased the digital edition of our books will receive an updated edition for free.

I already have one of these books. Can I “upgrade” to the bundle?

If you’ve purchased any of the books in either bundle within the last 30 days and really want to take advantage of the bundle deal, get in touch with our support team at support@razeware.com and they’ll take care of you.

I missed the deal! Can I get it after the sale ends?

Oops! Sorry you missed it, but this is a special deal only and once it’s gone, it will no longer be available. Be sure to sign up to raywenderlich.com weekly to get notified of any sales in the future.

How do I download the book once I’ve purchased it?

Once you’ve purchased the book, you can log in to https://store.raywenderlich.com with your account and visit the store page for the individual book you’d like to download. You can download the complete zipped package with ePub, PDF and all source code, or you can choose to download just the PDF or ePub alone.

You also have access to any older digital editions of the book from this same page. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll see the Version History of the book.

You can’t download entire bundles of books together, unfortunately. You’ll have to download each book package on its own. But as long as you own the book, you can come back to the download page anytime.
